Learning to get out of living in your mind doesn’t come easy and I constantly say about things not being easy because quite frankly the truth of it all is nothing worth doing usually comes easy.
But does that mean that you shouldn’t do it?
Absolutely not.
If anything it should make you want to do it more. Ask yourself...
Who is ultimately getting in the way and stopping you from moving forwards in any way, shape or form?
You.
If it all got handed to you, you wouldn’t learn anything and you would feel completely unfulfilled and dissatisfied and that would result in you trying to look and search for a feeling in something else whether that be people, things, places etc to satisfy your needs.
So try to pay attention to what is going on right now.
If you are living in your head it will only ever give you the experiences you have already lived in your past. You will only ever remember the memories that you have already experienced, the good and the bad.
It is not capable of providing you with memories you may so desperately want in future for you are yet to experience them therefore it becomes an illusion and this is so easy to get lost in. If you are focusing so much on the future you are not living in the now and you will never learn to be happy and satisfied in this very moment.
Yes you can dream and I myself can put my hands up and say I am one big dreamer and believer, but I’m fully aware that you have to put in the work here and now to get there. So maybe that dream isn’t reality for you right now. So what you need to focus on to get you closer to those dreams is the creating, taking the steps, going through the process of changing your reality and taking action. If you want new, positive experiences you need to learn to start getting out of your head and start creating them today. Living in the moment enables you to create and manifest the new. So the more you start making new happier memories the more you can move forwards and grow.

Every day you get a chance to implement changes no matter how big or small. One tiny step towards your growth in the right direction is still a step. And that step doesn’t have to mean going at a ridiculous fast pace. Quite honestly it can be the exact opposite and just spending that time in stillness, stopping everything and just being. Allowing your feelings and emotions to come through.
The goal in life is to feel loved, happy, whole and complete.
Happiness is different for everyone but the ways in which you take action towards it are the same.
We have all been guilty and complained that we were too busy and didn’t have any time and if you didn’t know already then hopefully you can see how year has taught you the importance of living in the now and the gift of the present moment enabling us to reset and begin a new life and a new world.
You are allowed to make mistakes.
You are allowed to change direction.
You are allowed to rest and slow down.
You are allowed to be you.
Life is here as we know it today, for all we ever have is the present moment.
How you use your time is up to you.
Remember where the focus goes, the energy flows.
