From the moment you arrive, you will be able to leave the busyness of the world behind you and enter a place where you can connect more deeply and authentically both with your inner self and the external.
The yoga Emily teaches is both practical and has meaning.
The soul and spirit impulses behind each exercise will be explored to enable a conscious relationship with our bodies and the way we move.
Strengthening the back, bringing more flexibility and coordination to the movements, and releasing stress and tension from the shoulders, neck and head.
The aim would be that when you leave you will have practical tools to bring back with you into your life that will bring subtle and long-lasting change and transformation.
